Michael James Wallace (Jim)

An Architectural Designer with extensive experience in planning, development and municipal approval process.

After graduating from Sheridan College Architectural Technology program in mid 2001; Jim started his career with Adamson Associates Architects working on high profile projects such as Terminal 1 Redevelopment at Pearson International Airport, moving onto Canary Wharf in London England and One Bryant Park project in New York City.

In 2006, his career path took him to Moffet and Duncan Architects in Toronto, focusing primarily on Institutional, Medical and Recreational projects. During this span of time, Jim was given the opportunity to work on several residential and commercial projects in a self directed fashion acquiring a solid base of satisfied customers and clients.

Over the last decade, Jim has been able to establish himself as a capable architectural designer with a significant portfolio of projects to his credit. His expertise includes residential design for custom homes and renovations, mixed-use commercial fit out, municipal planning, municipal bylaws, project Planning and management as well as proficiency in the Ontario Building Code.

He has collaborated with various designers, Architects and Engineers over his career and brings a wealth of knowledge to ARCHAUS.
